Ben Beale
Director
Ben founded Pact Logistics in response to what he believed his clients needed in a logistics partner, one with the ambition to deliver a complete logistics solution, without legacy systems or a legacy mindset, but with future focused professionalism and a commitment to a high level of customer service.
Ben has worked across the Australian logistics sector for over 20 years and brings to the table considerable experience throughout the supply chain. Â He has worked in senior commercial roles for all modes of domestic transport in Australia, 3PL warehousing distribution and International Forwarding.
Ben is passionate that Pact provides the best value for its clients through development of an industry leading team, investing in Pact’s warehousing capability, and  expanding Pact’s network of quality national transport partners.
Ryan Sewell
Commercial Manager
With over 15 years of experience in the logistics industry spanning both sales and operational management, Ryan brings a data-driven, continuous improvement (CI) mindset to distribution and freight management. His deep understanding of carrier networks, combined with a strong passion for technology, allows him to deliver reliable, strategic recommendations that drive business performance.
Ryan is committed to building long-term partnerships with clients and consistently strives to deliver optimal outcomes through a proactive and transparent approach.
